Guangdong Dapeng LNG Company Ltd. (GDLNG) was formally established.

Gas Sales Contract, Project Financing Contract and Transportation Agreement were signed in the Great Hall of the People in Bejing. The former Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan attended the signing ceremony.

Guangdong LNG Company Ltd. and Yuepeng/Yuegang LNG Shipping Company Ltd. signed the LNG Carrier Time Charterparty(for the first two LNG carrier).

Pearl River Shielding of Trunkline was commenced. Zhong Yangsheng, the former Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, attended the ceremony.

The “LNG Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA)” signed by GDLNG and North West Shelf Australia LNG Venture fully took effect.
